The Manteo Rotary Club’s 14th Annual “Rockfish Rodeo” Fishing Tournament
November 19, 2011
Over the past thirteen years, the “Rockfish Rodeo”—through the help of great local sponsors and dedicated tournament participants—has enabled the Manteo Rotary Club to award over $190,000 in college scholarships to outstanding Dare County students. In addition, 2011 will mark the fifth year of a five-year, $2,500/annual commitment to the Manteo Elementary School Library and Reading Program. Thank you for helping the Manteo Rotary Club help our children!
Bring the Family
The “Rockfish Rodeo” is a great family-oriented tournament that not only features trophies for the biggest fish landed by all participants, but also by the top youth and female anglers. Our venue—the Roanoke Island Festival Park—is a terrific place where the kids can have just as much fun as the parents. We encourage you to bring your entire family!
As always, all funds raised during the Rockfish Rodeo support the Rotary Club's scholarship and educational programs for our local students.
Thank you for your support, and we look forward to seeing you in November.
Tight lines!
